EYE CLINIC DR. TIRADO, S.L., here in after the PROVIDER, will always respect the USERS´ information privacy, under the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.

The PROVIDER has implemented all the security procedures established in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the regulation implementing organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.

PERSONAL INFORMATION ENTRY TO THE PROVIDER’S FILES

Under the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, it is stated that all personal information the USER gives by completing the electronic contact forms http://www.doctortirado.com, the android app or by sending e-mails to all existing addresses or that could be created under the Internet domain clinicadrtirado.com are incorporated and treated in files owned by the PROVIDER appropriately registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency to be used by different departments of the company to obtain the requested information and carry out advertising and commercial research activities by electronic means of services that concern the USER.

By entering and sending your information, and in agreement with the provisions of Article 6 of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the USER grants his or her express consent to the PROVIDER so that in accordance with the purposes mentioned in the previous section, the personal data given is processed.

ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF DATA SUBMITTED

If you use spam filters, please add all email addresses under the domain clinicadrtirado.com to your list of allowed senders.

The email address given by the USER will always be certified through a verification system .
The website http://www.doctortirado.com does not store any email addresses that have not been certified.

The USER who sends information to the PROVIDER is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data sent, exonerating the PROVIDER of any responsibility in this respect.

The USER guarantees and will be liable, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data given, and accepts to keep them well updated.

The PROVIDER will not be responsible for the veracity of the personal
information given by users that is not compiled by them and in connection with which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility in any hypothetical damage that might arise from the use of such information.

The PROVIDER shall not be held responsible for any damage or cost whatsoever which the USER might suffer as a consequence of error, defects and / or omissions in the information given as long as the source of said information is not the PROVIDER itself.

TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The PROVIDER will not transfer personal information to third parties. However, in the event of it being conceded to a third party, prior information would be communicated to the USER requesting the express consent of the affected party in compliance with article 6 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.

THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS TO ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION

In the case of commercial communication via e-mail or equivalent means, the USER expressly agrees to receive publicity related to the services offered by the PROVIDER through such means.

In accordance with the provisions set forth in the law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the USER is informed that if he or she does not wish to receive commercial communications by electronic means of our services the USER may at any time oppose to the processing of personal data for promotional purposes by sending an email to the address info@doctortirado.com indicating BAJA in the subject of the message.

SOCIAL NETWORK POLICY

The PROVIDER has profiles on some of the main social networks, such as Facebook and YouTube.

In any case, the PROVIDER is considered responsible for the treatment of the USER´S information, also meaning the followers, subscribers, fans or basically people who make comments or consultations through these networks.

In this regard, the PROVIDER could use this profile to inform its users about news that the PROVIDER considers appropriate for the purpose of the offered services, or may also share information or current articles published by other social network users.

The PROVIDER will never make use of the USER´s personal information without his or her consent for relationships different from those expected in each of the social networks mentioned. In such case, the USER’s agreement will be requested.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The USER declares being aware of the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the processing of such data by the PROVIDER in the way and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The PROVIDER reserves the right to modify his Privacy Policy in order to reflect any current legislations, new good-case laws and/or industry practices.
